The construction of the terrace at the western side of the Parish Convent provided a much needed cooler dining place than the original dining room at the eastern part of the convent. It also provided a much "sunnier" exit from the rooms of the pastors. It also provided a much easier access to the church by way of the back staircase. With a touch of ornamental plants and other tropical species, the dining place is a comfortable place for bonding among the priests.
